Case study:
A 60 yr old female presented with severe back pain especially on prolonged standing and hardly able to walk more than 100 m without pain.Her Xray and MRI LS spine should spondylolisthesis at L3-4 and L4-5 levels. 2 level TLIF surgery was done with minimally invasive approach using O arm navigation technique . Post op imaging showed significant reduction in listhesis. No intraoperative or postoperative complications were seen and she was able to walk painfree on her legs the very next day.
